Chemical Sprayers and Gantry/Machine OperatorsBoomaroo Nurseries, a specialist seedling producer supplying over 270 million seedlings to vegetable growers in South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria are seeking casual Chemical Sprayers and Gantry/Machine Operators. Weekend work is a definite requirement in these roles. Chemical Sprayers Responsible for the efficient and accurate completion of chemical spraying of the nurseries plants and seedlings, you will need to be flexible, often starting in the afternoon and working through the evening. Being accountable for your actions in this role is essential. Applicants for these roles must possess a chemical sprayer's license and have experience in a similar role. Gantry/Machine Operators Operating the nurseries watering gantries you will need an eye for detail, ability to follow instruction/direction and be a team player with strong communication skills. Being able to complete repetitious tasks within limited supervision is essential. By showing initiative and the ability to follow and complete instructed tasks, successful applicants may be trained in other areas of the business. To be successful in these roles you must also possess:
